How do I add more administrators to my school?

Go to your school profile settings and use the invite code feature. Share the invite code with other administrators to join your school.

Can I edit a booking after it's confirmed?

Yes! Click "Edit" on any booking to update the details. The player will be notified of any changes.

What's the difference between a direct request and an open listing?

A direct request is sent to a specific player immediately. An open listing allows multiple players to apply, giving you more options to choose from.

How do I cancel a booking?

Click "Cancel" on any booking in "Requested" status. For confirmed bookings, contact the player directly or use the "Cancel" button.
